The President's Media Division said all face-covering will be banned from tomorrow under Emergency Regulations.

This comes in the wake of the Easter Sunday attacks which claimed the lives of over 250 last Sunday. 

In a statement, the President's Media Division says a decision has been made to ban face-covering clothing due to national security concerns. 

In the statement, the President says his only objective is to ensure that all ethnicities can live in harmony, without causing inconvenience to each other.
