A  minor earthquake was reported from the Badulla and Haliella areas this morning, the Disaster Management Centre said. 

Releasing details of the tremor, the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau said the minor earthquake with 3.55M occurred at the depth of 10km between 81.11 longitude and 6.97 latitude and 220km away from Colombo. 

No casualties or damages were reported due to the minor tremor experienced by some people in the Badulla area.
