Additional Solicitor General Yasantha Kodagoda told the Bond Commission today that cogent evidence had been placed before the Commission that Perpetual Treasuries is a criminal organization.

“We have placed cogent evidence that Perpetual Treasuries is a criminal organization,” the Additional Solicitor General said, addressing the Bond Commission.

The Bond Commission this afternoon concluded hearing of evidence into the Treasury bond issue under their scrutiny.

The three-member Presidential Commission of Inquiry was appointed by the President on January 27, 2017.
