Avant Garde Maritime Service (Pvt.) Ltd. Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi and former Chairman of Rakna Araksha Lanka (Retired) Major General Palitha Fernando were indicted by the Colombo High Court this morning.

The Attorney General’s Department had filed 47 indictments against the two men who are charged with soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs. 35.5 million to operate the Avant Garde floating armoury.
