Sri Lankan mobile services provider Dialog said the company would compensate its customers for the network failure on Wednesday.
Dialog Axiata, in a special announcement yesterday, said the company would waive off all Voice Call charges (Local, IDD, Roaming), date and SMS charges for Wednesday.
it also apologised to the clients over the inconvenience caused due to the sudden network failure.
However, the company did not explain as to why a sudden network failure occurred.
Dialog, Sri Lanka's leading mobile company, has a customer base of 11 million with over 2,600 base stations spanning all provinces.
