The Road Development Authority (RDA) has warned the general public to be cautious when driving on expressways as slippery conditions have been caused to prolonged rainfall.

The RDA requested commuters to drive and speeds of between 60-80 kmph to avoid accidents of the expressways.

Several accidents were reported from expressways yesterday due to adverse weather conditions.
