Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadipathi and Major General (Rtd) Palitha Fernando were this morning notified to appear before the Colombo High Court.

Senadipathi and the (Rtd) Major General are summoned before the High Court to face an enquiry on bribery charges.

The two have been called to appear before the High Court on September 19.

Senadipathi and the (Rtd) Major General are accused of having offered and accepted a bribe of Rs. 35.5 million.
