State Minister of Finance Eran Wickremaratne invited a group of Singaporean entrepreneurs to reach the international markets by investing in Sri Lanka.

The State Minister said Sri Lanka was favourably negotiating Free Trade Agreements (FTA) with several countries in the region and invited Singapore to seize the opportunity to enter the world market through Sri Lanka.

A Singaporean delegation of 35-member Small & Medium Entrepreneurs called on State Minister of Finance Eran Wickremaratne at the Finance Ministry to discuss the growing opportunities for direct investment opportunities in Sri Lanka.

Executive Chairman of Ong & Ong Group said that since Sri Lanka has successfully negotiated series of bilateral trade agreement with several countries it would be an ideal opportunity for potential investors to reach the international market via Sri Lanka.
