The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has filed against former Mass Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

The charges relate to a personal phone bill amounting to over Rs. 230, 000 that was allegedly paid by the State Printing Corporation.
