Sri Lanka's chief selector Sanath Jayasuriya has joined the Sri Lankan team in London, ahead of the crucial Champions Trophy game against Pakistan.
Jayasuriya, who found himself at the centre of a major controversy over a leaked private video tape, flew to Dubai last week citing "personal reasons".
Sources close to the SLC confirmed that Jayasuriya arrived in London following Sri Lanka's sensational victory against India on Thursday.
Jayasuriya will be involved in team selection for the match against Pakistan, a must win group stage game for both sides. The winner of the Sri Lanka-Pakistan match will qualify for the semi-finals of the ICC Champions Trophy.
However, jayasuriya is likely to be replaced as the Chief Selector following the ICC tournament.
