Video footage of a man throwing water on an elderly beggar outside an eatery in Jaffna has surfaced online.

The incident reportedly took place at the ‘Sri Saiee Bavaan on K.K.S.Road in Jaffna.

Caste difference exist strongly in the North of Sri Lanka and is reportedly the reason why the elderly beggar was chased away from outside the eatery.
