President Maithripala Sirisena appointed Lasantha Alagiyawanna as the Deputy Ministers for Finance and Mass Media.

Alagiyawanna will act as Deputy to the newly appointed Finance and Mass Media Minister, Mangala Samaraweera.

Alagiyawanna’s appointment comes together with the appointments three other deputy ministers and four state ministers earlier this morning.
