United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon will visit to visit SriLanka from August 31 to September 2.

He is to meet President Maithripala Sirisena, PM Ranil Wickremesinghe and other officials.

Ban will also visit Galle and Jaffna, the UN said.

This could be his last visit to Sri Lanka as UN Secretary General as his term ends at the end of this year.
