Sri Lankan marathon runner Anuradha Indrajith Cooray came 34th in the 2016 Rio Olympics men's marathon today.
He recorded a time of 2:17.06.
Two Indians finished the race before him, with Thonnakkal Gopi finishing the race in 2:15.25 and Kheta Ram finishing in 2:15.26. They came at 25th and 26th places respectively.
The race was won by Kenya's Eliud Kipchoge who was the favorite to win. His time was 2:08.44.
