A high-level delegation of the Bangladesh National Defence College, who is currently in Sri Lanka, held cordial discussions with Navy Commander, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne in capital Colombo on Wednesday, the navy media unit said here.

Following the discussions, Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy, Rear Admiral Sirimevan Ranasinghe delivered a comprehensive presentation on the organizational structure of the Sri Lanka Navy and its operational readiness.

The 23-member delegation which is on an official visit to Sri Lanka, is scheduled to visit many military establishments across the country during their stay.
