Police arrested Nithya Senani Samaranayake, who is said to be a director of NR Corporation and Gowers Corporation allegedly owned by Namal Rajapaksa, and brought her to the Colombo Magistrate's Courts a short while ago.

Namal Rajapaksa and another individual were yesterday remanded by Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne till August 22 for alleged money laundering in these companies.
