The Kaduwela Magistrate granted permission to transfer Rs 157.5 million of illegal funds related to the CSN case to the Central Bank.

This order was given by the Magistrate considering a request made by the FCID.

It was revealed that the funds were deposited in a private bank under the name of a private company.

Co-Cabinet Spokesman Minister Rajitha Senaratne confirmed today that the Kaduwela Magistrate's Court has given permission to transfer the funds to the Central Bank.
