Former Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa appeared before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) this morning.

Rajapaksa was summoned to the commission to record a statement over the alleged misuse of domestic flights carried out by the Air Force.

He was summoned to the PRECIFAC on the same matter in April.
