The 24 member Public Representations Committee on Constitutional Reforms handed over its final report on public opinion to Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe on May 31.

It later handed over the report to the Speaker also.

The committee, headed by Attorney-at-Law Lal Wijenayake, started collecting public opinion in January this year.
