Former Secretary to the Finance Ministry Dr. P.B. Jayasundera was summoned to appear before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) on June 10.

He was summoned to appear today to record a statement regarding the allocation of funds for former Minister Basil Rajapaksa.

However, Jayasundera informed that he could not appear today and asked for an alternative date.
