Former Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunga appeared before the FCID to give a statement of an allocation of Rs 200 million for medical treatment of former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella.

This allocation has allegedly been granted for an operation for Rambukwella durin the former government's era.
