The landslide threat remains in Aranayake and Bulathkohupitiya, where deadly landslides occurred recently, the NBRO said.

Meanwhile, the landslide warnings have been extended for several other Divisional Secretariat zones. They include Mawathagama, Ridigama and Mallawapitiya in Kurunegala District.

Special monitoring is also done in Aranayake, Bulathkohupitiya, Deraniyagala and Eheliyagoda areas.
