Daham Sirisena, President Maithripala Sirisena's son, was seen participating in the flood relief programme in Kotikawatte last night.

A relief program is being carried out by the Presidential Secretariat. The public can hand over relief items at the Secretariat, the Presidential Media Unit said.

Daham Sirisena took part in a relief program organized by Kolonnawa SLFP Organizer Prasanna Solangaarachchi in Kotikawatte.

Kotikawatte was one of the areas threatened by rising water levels yesterday.
