Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the second son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, was issued notice to appear at Mt. Lavinia Court on May 26 over a case on the purchase of a land in Mihindu Mawatha, Mt. Lavinia, for Rs 51.2 million.
Mt. Lavinia Magistrate Mohammed Sahabdeen made this order today.
Meanwhile, a relative of his, J.C. Forrest, who appeared in courts today, was released on bail and ordered to give a statement to the FCID on May 24.
