Bodies of a woman and two children were recovered from the landslide site in Illukwatte, Kadugannawa, a short while ago.

Three more people remain missing following the disaster which occurred during the night.

The army was alerted at around 3 a.m. and around 30 soldiers have been dispatched for rescue work.
