SLFP General Secretary Duminda Dissanayake said that disciplinary action will be taken against the SLFP MPs, Provincial Councilors and electorate organizers who are not attending the May Rally in Galle.

Speaking at a media conference today, Dissanayake said that some party members were planning to take part in the rally by the Joint Opposition.

However, the party members have been informed about the May Rally as usual, he added.

Meanwhile, Dissanayake also said that the party had launched a reorganization programme under a new committee which is appointed. The committee will also take decisions on new organizers as part of this program, he said.
