Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) early this afternoon.

He was summoned by the PRECIFAC regarding the ongoing inquiry into the alleged default of payments to the ITN for election adverts.
