Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and two former navy commanders arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) for the investigation into the Rakna Lanka Araksha Limited.

Meanwhile, his brother, former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, who was expected for a different inquiry, failed to appear at the commission.
