Relatives of two human rights activists Lalith Kumar Weeraraj and Kugam Murugananthan will sign a petition demanding disclosure of information regarding their disappearance.

Weeraraj and Murugananthan were disappeared four years ago while preparing for International Human Rights Day celebrations.

The Petition will be handed out to the Inspector General of Police, said a representative on behalf of the families of Weeraraj and Murugananthan.

Meanwhile, the father of Weeraraj recently gave a statement over his son’s disappearance before the United Nation Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances at United Nation’s Office in Colombo.
