The Narahenpita Police Crimes OIC was arrested this afternoon by the Bribery Commission while soliciting a bribe of Rs 2.5 million.

Accordingly, the OIC had requested the bribe from a doctor for not filing a court case.

The arrest was reportedly made in Kohuwela this afternoon.
