Former Coconut Development Minister Jagath Pushpakumara arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges today to give a statement on alleged financial irregularities in the Coconut Development Board.
His wife and several other officials also reported to the commission.
Pushpakumara was recently appointed Director for Special Presidential Projects (Uva Province) by President Maithripala Sirisena.
