Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa was summoned to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) on December 17 and 18 for further proceedings on the non-payment of funds to the ITN.

Rajapaksa appeared at PRECIFAC yesterday for the hearing of the case regarding non payment of money to the ITN for advertisements during the 2015 Presidential Election campaign.
