Speacial Projects Minister Dr. Sarath Amunugama said that the prices of ten commodities will be lowered through the budget, which will be presented to Parliament on Friday.

Speaking at a press conference at the SLFP Headquarters in Colombo, he said that the concessions given under the 100 Days Program will also continue.

Meanwhile, the Minister said that the government will focus on development, investment, revenue and relief in this budget.

The government was continuing to give relief to people under difficult local and international economic conditions, the Minister also pointed out.
