Frontline Socialist Party (FLSP)  Central Committee member Kumar Gunaratnam was further remanded till November 27 by the Kegalle magistrate today.

He was arrested on November 04 by the Kegalle Police on alleged immigration and emigration law violation.

Although the Police wanted a court order to have Gunaratnam deported immediately upon his arrest, the court decided to conduct a further inquiry when Gunaratnam appeared before the court today.

The court will consider granting Gunaratnam on bail on November 27, FLSP Propaganda Secretary Pubudu Jayagoda said on his Facebook page.
