Avant Guard Maritime Services Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi has been summoned to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) on November 20 to be queried on the alleged purchase of weapons from the Rakna Araksha Lanka Limited.

Rakna Araksha Lanka had allegedly obtained the weapons from the army.

Meanwhile, former Additional Secretary of the Defence Ministry Damayanthi Jayaratne has also been summoned to PRECIFAC on November 19.
