An especial meeting is scheduled to be held between the Inter University Students Federation (IUSF) and an especial committee appointed by the minister Lakshman Kiriella this evening.

 

The meeting will be held at the premises of the University Grants Commission. Five representatives from the IUSF will participate for the meeting, the convener Lahiru Weerasekara told media.

 

The discussion that was held between State Minister of Higher Education Mohan Lal Grero and the representatives of the Inter University Students' Federation ended inconclusively yesterday (03).

 

It was held following a protest march by the IUSF to request several demands including abolishing SAITM, Malabe.
