Justice Minister Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe today said that the government will review the circumstances of detention of suspected ex-LTTE detainees and do the necessary to deliver a justifiable solution to their issues.

He revealed this to media following a visit to the Magazine Prison in Colombo.

Suspected LTTE detainees launched a hunger strike on Monday, demanding their release. Some of them have pending cases against them while the others have not been charged, the Minister said. Their cases have to be reviewed with the Attorney General's Department, Rajapakshe said.
