The Presidential Commission of Inquiry this morning summoned former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa again for questioning regarding the alleged use of personnel attached to the Civil Security Department for campaigning activities during the 2015 Presidential Election.

The commission is investigating a complaint on the alleged use of a group of CSD personnel dressed in civilian attire for election campaigning. 

Rajapaksa is also expected to be questioned regarding the use of Rakna Arakshaka Lanka Limited (RALL) employees for election campaign.
