India bundled out South Africa for just 79 runs on day two of the third cricket Test at VCA stadium, here today.
The hosts have taken a crucial 136—run first innings lead as South Africa posted their lowest total against India in Test cricket.
Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took his 14th five-wicket haul in tests while left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja bagged four as India, who made 215 after batting first on the turning track at the VCA Stadium, took a lead of 136 runs.
Legspinner Amit Mishra dismissed JP Duminy (35) who contributed the most runs for the touring side who failed to put up any resistance after resuming the day on 11-2.
