The Department of Examinations said that applications for the 2024 GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) examination are now being accepted.

All applications must be submitted online. School candidates are required to apply through their school principals, while private candidates can apply directly through the designated online portal, following the provided guidelines.

For private candidates, a National Identity Card (NIC) is necessary for the application process. In cases where an NIC is unavailable, candidates may use their guardian's NIC instead.

The deadline for submission is set for midnight on November 30, 2024. The Department said that no extensions will be granted beyond this date.
