The Cabinet of Ministers has officially appointed Mrs. Pathirage Sandhya Kumuduni Rajapakse as the new Government Analyst. This decision was announced during a Cabinet press conference today by Spokesman Vijitha Herath.

Mrs. Sandhya Rajapakse's appointment follows the retirement of her predecessor, Mrs. Deepika Seneviratne, who stepped down on October 11, 2024.

Mrs. Sandhya Rajapaksa, who is next in the seniority list of the special grade officers of the Sri Lanka Science Service, was proposed by the Prime Minister, Dr. Harini Amarasuriya, and has been approved by the Cabinet Ministers. .
