Renowned tutor and social media figure Upul Shantha Sannasgala appeared on a live video after being granted bail by the Welisara Magistrate’s Court.

“There is no hurry. Don’t panic. Let’s talk freely,” Sannasgala said on the video while drinking a mango juice.

Sannasgala was released on a surety bail by the Welisara Magistrate’s Court. He was arrested by Kandana police earlier today following allegations of financial misconduct.
