Tragedy struck at the Fox Hill Super Cross 2024 event in Diyathalawa as five individuals lost their lives in a horrific accident.

According to the Police Media Spokesperson, a motor car skidded off the track, plowing into the spectators.

Twenty-one others were injured and hospitalized as a result of the incident. The authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
