A shocking incident has come to light in the Ambagahawatta area of Pugoda, where a young mother was taken hostage and subjected to sexual assault by three young men. The perpetrators allegedly threatened to harm her child to carry out the heinous act.

The Child and Women's Bureau of the Pugoda Police is leading the investigation into this distressing case. According to initial reports, the young mother was at her residence, breastfeeding her child when the assailants entered her home and initiated the horrifying ordeal.

In an attempt to subdue the victim, the attackers reportedly threatened to harm her child, creating a harrowing situation for the young mother. She was ultimately subjected to sexual assault during this terrifying event.
