In a significant mini-Cabinet reshuffle, Dr. Ramesh Pathirana has been appointed as the new Minister of Health, taking on additional responsibilities alongside his existing role as Minister of Industries. The reshuffle also saw the former Health Minister, Keheliya Rambukwella, assume the role of Minister of Environment, while Ranjith Siyambalapitiya was named as the Non-Cabinet Minister of Plantation Enterprises.
