Saliya Wickramasuriya has assumed the prestigious position of Chairman at both the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) and the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Ltd. (CPSTL) with immediate effect. This appointment comes as part of recent developments within these key institutions.

In tandem with Saliya Wickramasuriya, Darshana Rathnayake has been appointed as the Managing Director of the CPC and concurrently as the Managing Director of the CPSTL.

This new leadership duo will take over the reins from the outgoing Chairman, Mohamed Uvais Mohamed, who tendered his resignation earlier this week.

Wickramasuriya is vastly experienced in the field of petroleum.
