The 2023 Advanced Level examination in Sri Lanka has been postponed, according to an announcement by Education Minister Susil Premjayantha.

The new date for the examination will be officially announced by the Examinations Commissioner next week.

This decision comes as a response to various challenges and issues faced by students preparing for the exam. Multiple requests were raised in Parliament, urging authorities to postpone the examination to ensure a fair and conducive environment for all students.
