All officers and drivers associated with the Presidential Secretariat have received a directive to remove the nameplate of the Presidential Secretariat from their vehicles.

This directive comes from the Acting President's Secretary, Chandani Wijayawardena.

The notice emphasizes that any vehicle displaying the Presidential Secretariat's nameplate should not be considered affiliated with the Presidential Secretariat. Such attempts, as stated in the notice, are deemed as deceptive and not representative of the official government entity.
