The Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court has issued a summons ordering the Principal of the Royal College of Colombo to appear before the court on the 13th of this month.

The Department of Labor has initiated legal proceedings against the respondent, accusing them of failing to remit EPF contributions totaling Rs. 341,122 for employees. The court summons seeks to inquire into the facts of the case and determine the veracity of the allegations.
