Addressing the gathering at the Magam Ruhunu International Conference Hall in Hambantota, President Ranil Wickramasinghe expressed his willingness to allocate additional responsibilities in Parliament, subject to discussion with the Speaker.

The occasion marked the 32nd anniversary of Minister Mahinda Amaraweera's political career which was organised as an opportunity to pay tribute to the people of the Hambantota district.
